Terms & Conditions

Enrolment Terms

  1. Enrolment is on a termly basis (term dates can be found on our company website and is aligned with NSW school terms), unless otherwise stated.

  2. Once you confirm an enrolment at CUBE Tuition, you are committed to the full term for each subject you are enrolled in. All associated fees are due in full and payable immediately upon enrolment confirmation.

  3. Unless we receive written notice of withdrawal and all resources are returned at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled class, the enrolment will be confirmed and the full term fees will become immediately payable on the next scheduled payment date.

  4. For enrolments made after the course start date, payment must be made within 2 weeks of enrolment. Fees will be charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining weeks of the full term.

  5. Enrolments will automatically roll over into the next term for the same subject unless notice of withdrawal is provided at least 7 days before the end of the current term.

Fees, Payment and Refunds

  1. Fees are billed per term in advance as agreed.

  2. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer.

  3. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.

  4. Failure to make payment for an extended period may result in the matter being referred to a debt recovery agency or legal action without further notice.

  5. Refunds for early withdrawal require 2 weeks written notice and may incur an administration fee.

  6. If you choose to cancel your enrolment after payment, you must provide at least 2 weeks’ written notice, and any unused weeks after the notice period will be refunded.

Free Trials

  1. Free trials are only available for new students and must be booked within the first 5 weeks of the academic term.

  2. If you choose to continue after completing a free trial, full payment for the remainder term inclusive of the 2 week trial period is required and is due within 14 days. Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the student’s enrolment unless prior arrangements have been made.

  3. If a student or parent notifies us that they do not wish to continue after the trial, the enrolment will be cancelled with no further obligation.

  4. If a family responds after the automatic cancellation period and wishes to continue, full term payment will be required to reinstate enrolment.

  5. Students trialling a course after the official start date will be subject to the same terms as above. If they choose to continue, payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the first attended lesson to the end of term.

  6. Students who miss a lesson during the free trial period will not be granted an extension or additional trial classes.

Attendance, Cancellations, and Make-Up Lessons

  1. At least 24 hours notice is required for a student absence to be eligible for a make-up class.

  2. Make-up lessons are subject to tutor availability and must be used within the same term.

  3. Unnotified absences or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or make-ups.

  4. If we cancel a session (e.g. due to the teacher's illness, natural disaster, power outage etc.), it will be rescheduled. No credit or refund will be provided in this regard. 

  5. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session (as outlined in Clause 4.4) and notify us in advance, you will be eligible for a make-up class or credit in line with our usual make-up policy

Behaviour and Student Code of Conduct

  1. Students must arrive on time, prepared, and behave respectfully.

  2. Disruptive behaviour, disrespect, or bullying will not be tolerated.

  3. Parents will be contacted in cases of behavioural concerns.

  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrolment in serious cases.

  5. Students must not reproduce, distribute or share any CUBE resources to individuals who are not enrolled at CUBE

Media and Marketing Consent

  1. We may occasionally use class photos, testimonials, or student work for promotional purposes.

  2. You may opt-out at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  1. We do not guarantee academic outcomes.

  2. We are not liable for technical failures during online sessions.

  3. Maximum liability is limited to the value of one term’s tuition fees.

Termination of Services

  1. We may terminate services for non-payment, behavioural issues, or policy breaches.

  2. Unused paid lessons may be credited or refunded at our discretion.

Acceptance of Terms

  1. By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  2. We reserve the right to amend these terms with 14 days notice.

  3. The most current version will always be available at our company website.
